What Parents Say
Some Kind Words From Our Student’s Parents
We have had two children at Learning to Learn Rohnert Park, both starting at age 2, and staying until transition to TK. The staff is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly dedicated to building strong relationships with each child. Many staff have been there for decades, creating a warm, nurturing environment where our kids felt safe to explore, grow, and thrive. The experience helped our kids start off great in TK.

We moved to the area when our daughter had just turned two, and Learning to Learn made the transition into their care incredibly smooth. From day one, they kept us in the loop and made us feel confident and supported every step of the way. They’ve helped us through major milestones—potty training, classroom transitions, and nurtured her social and emotional growth, all with patience, kindness, and expert guidance. Our daughter has truly thrived here, and their care has been pivotal in our decision to start TK this August. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like an extension of our family.

My son started at Learning to Learn when he was three. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with moderate to severe speech apraxia and given a speech tablet to aid communication. The staff went above and beyond learning the speech program, incorporating it into the classroom, and accommodating weekly therapy sessions. They treated him with patience, love, and understanding, helping him feel safe and supported.Over the past year and a half, his speech has improved significantly. Katrina and Dawn are incredibly compassionate and skilled at recognizing each child’s strengths. I highly recommend Learning to Learn for any preschooler.

We truly love Learning to Learn!
Our journey with them began in 2020 when our oldest started preschool there, and now our two younger daughters attend as well. It’s such a relief—and a joy—to know our kids are not only well cared for but also genuinely excited to go to school each day.
One of the things I appreciate most is the consistency of the staff. Many of the teachers and office team have been there for years, and over time, we’ve built strong relationships with them. It feels like a true community.
Learning to Learn has been such a positive and nurturing environment for our children, and we’re so grateful to be part of it.

As a mom sending her first child to preschool, I couldn’t be more grateful for choosing Learning to Learn. From the very beginning, the kindness and compassion of the staff have truly stood out. Every morning, my son is greeted by name with warm smiles, which makes drop-off such a positive experience. I’ve witnessed teachers gently comforting him during emotional moments and seen the joy on his face as he runs up to give them hugs—it’s clear he feels safe, seen, and loved.
These small but powerful moments have left a lasting impression on me and speak volumes about the nurturing environment Learning to Learn provides. Knowing my son is in such caring hands brings me so much peace of mind every day.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Learning to Learn. From day one, the teachers made our daughter feel safe, welcomed, and excited to learn. The nurturing environment and hands-on activities have helped our child grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. Every day, she comes home with a smile and a new story to tell. We're so grateful to be part of such a caring and inspiring community and she will miss it when she transitions to Kindergarten in the next school year. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place where their child will truly thrive.

After visiting many in-home and standalone preschools, Learning to Learn truly stood out from the rest. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff immediately understood not only the emotional challenges we faced as parents being away from our child, but also the individualized attention our son needed to transition successfully.
We were especially impressed by the low teacher-to-student ratio, the cleanliness, and the clear focus on safety throughout the facility. Over the past three years, we have watched our son grow and thrive in ways we could only hope for—and we attribute that growth to the exceptional team at Learning to Learn.
A special thank you to Sarah in the Red Butterfly classroom, Mrs. Lisa in Blue Bears, Miss Mary in Yellow Dinosaur, and Shannon at the front desk. Each of them played a meaningful role in our son’s journey, and we’re incredibly grateful for their care, dedication, and support.
We wholeheartedly recommend Learning to Learn Preschool to our friends, family, and anyone seeking a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment for their child.

Learning to Learn has been an incredible gift to our family. Over the past two years, they have poured so much care, expertise, and love into helping our son grow—not just in his learning, but as a whole person. Watching him develop confidence, curiosity, and joy in learning has been amazing, and it's all thanks to the thoughtful and dedicated support of the team. We could not recommend Learning to Learn enough!

I don’t think that there is any better testimonial to give than the fact that I have had 5 children attend learning to learn. I’ve seen my children’s skill sets and emotional intelligence bloom there. The staff is kind, nurturing, and accommodating of all my children’s unique needs. Finding childcare is stressful but from the moment I toured Learning to Learn I knew this was the right place for my children. They communicate and update us regularly which is great for peace of mind. I cannot sing their praises enough and always recommend them to other parents.
