After School Care
Learning to 
Learn offers after school care and transportation for kindergarteners from Sonoma Mountain, Meadow, Corona Creek and Bernard Eldredge Elementary schools. We also offer care for 1st and 2nd graders at selective schools. Our program includes a variety of fun and educational activities geared toward these younger “big” kids. Because we are a pre-school we can help make the transition to elementary school a smoother one. Most after school care programs include K-6th grades all together in one area as one group. In our experience even third graders begin to grow apart from these younger ones.
Every day our Green Toad group has an opportunity to have some active play on our newly constructed playground equipment. There are local field trips, Lucchesi Park days on the soccer and baseball fields. We also love cooking projects, beading, gardening, science and arts and crafts projects. Our “prop boxes” offer a chance to stretch the imagination through dramatic play. There is Homework help available on a daily basis and “junior” teachers will have a chance to interact with our younger 2 and 3 year olds from time to time.
